My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and I am beyond the moon with it! The quality and craftsmanship is amazing and the level of service from the team here is unbeaten. I had an accident with my ring which they were so kind and understanding, and they made sure to take care of me and the ring straight away at a really short notice! I've gotten so many compliments from friends and family too 🥰

When comparing multiple jewellers for their customer service and pricing, Lovelle is a step above. Pricing for a custom made, bespoke design was much better than many competitors. Customer service was superb, quick responses and willingness to provide input and query when more detail was needed. The ring was more beautiful then I could have hoped for, turned around quick and communicated proactively. Definitely the place I will return too when I need to find my next piece of jewellery.

Great service with good value-- I planned to buy a diamond ring as a surprise to my wife for our 15 years wedding anniversary. However, it only had few days for me to complete this task. With their good customer service such as useful advice, detail explanation and honest price, I made it and my wife is very happy with the gift first time ) .Since I did not have much budget, but the staff is still patient and sincere to serve me without any pushing or hardsell. Price is honest. I will return next time if I buy jewellery to my wife in the future

The team were super friendly and professional. They helped me create a diamond pinky ring just the way I envisioned it (dainty, proportionate and sparkly) and right before my birthday. Hassle free and great service!

Alice made the daunting process of getting a custom piece of jewellery made, feel so easy!! I can guarantee I was not an easy customer- at no point was I ever made to feel like I was asking for too much or being a burden. I had a custom ring enhancer made to fit my existing engagement ring and the final product is stunning!! Prices are soo reasonable too!! Thank you so much!! I'll definitely be back 😘

From start to finish, the team at Lovelle have been nothing but helpful and understanding. Myself and my fiance started the process of having a custom made engagement ring made with another jeweller however when that didn’t work out I found Lovelle. From approving the CAD, to my ring arriving today it took just under 5 weeks. They were very accomodating when I wanted to make changes and provided advice on design. Customer service was fantastic, with quick and reliable communication even outside of business hours whenever I had a question. The finished product is absolutely stunning, and came packaged beautifully. Over the moon, I highly recommend these guys, couldn’t be happier!

Thank you so very much to the amazing Lovelle team who designed my dream ring! They patiently listened to all my wishes and accommodated every request at an extremely reasonable price. I was recently engaged in Paris and everyone has complimented my ring saying that it’s absolutely gorgeous 🥰 I couldn’t recommend Lovelle enough, I am so glad that I stumbled upon their store and won’t be going to any other jeweler for sure. The communication with the seller was great from the start — always kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. The rings arrived earlier than expected and looked beautiful right out of the box. My wife’s band is delicate, solid, and absolutely stunning. She finds it super comfortable and we were both really happy with how it turned out. At first, I was disappointed with the men’s band. There was a recessed area underneath that made it uncomfortable to wear — it felt like two dull edges pressing into my finger and left marks. It didn’t feel as solid as I expected, and I honestly wouldn’t have bought it if that detail had been mentioned. **Updated Review** But when I shared this feedback, the seller offered to fix the issue by filling in that part of the ring (for a extra fee). I just received the updated version and it’s a huge improvement — much more comfortable and feels way better on the finger. I really appreciate that they listened and found a solution. I’d definitely recommend they offer this updated version as the standard design (see the third photo I attached). Overall, really happy with the experience and thankful for the great support!

My wife is from Canada so when I proposed I had a snowflake ring made. 10 years on and I needed something special once more. Lovelle had an amazing snowflake ring but I wanted a set of earrings instead. They were more than accommodating and were amazing to communicate with and kept my updates throughout. I needed these posted and they took amazing care, took photos before sending and everything arrived and is amazing. Faultless service and amazing craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommend.
